PRIOR TO ORDERING
Before you purchase a fireplace, we strongly advise that you have your chimney swept and checked by your local independant Chimney Sweep. Prices start at around £35 but could save you £100's if your chimney isn't suitable. Your Chimney Sweep may also be able to put you in touch with a qualified fitter.

DELIVERY
Delivery is normally 3 working days from placing an order but we will contact you to confirm a delivery day to suit you. Free deliveries are between 9am - 5.30pm but customers MUST be available to take delivery.
Re-delivery will be charged at £35. Please be aware that we use Palletway for our fireplace deliveries and that Delivery Drivers are NOT insured to enter your premises. All deliveries are loaded onto pallets which can only be delivered to your door. We would strongly recommend that an able bodied person is on hand to take delivery if you don't have the facility to store the pallet (ie. in a garage or driveway).
Please do not book your fitter/builder on day of delivery as delays, due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, traffic, goods damaged in transit and busy periods), will not be compensated.
We will NOT pay compensation for pre-booked fitters.
Please check your measurements carefully. If you are unsure, please contact us for advice.
Ash pans are not supplied with our fireplaces, but can be purchased seperately on our website.
Fireplaces and stoves carry warranties in accordance with manufacturers instructions.
Please note: Warranty does not cover replacement parts that are worn through regular use. This includes parts such as stove rope, stove glass, grates and firebricks. These are all parts which will naturally deteriorate from continued usage. Firebricks and stove rope usually have a lifespan of approx. 2 years with normal usage before requiring replacement. However, through over heating and excessive continual use, these may require replacement well within this timescale.
If your appliance shows signs of wear, such as the fire grate is bowing or burning through, please replace the parts ASAP as continued use may cause further irrepairable damage to your appliance. |
