Fireplaces are delivered on a pallet to your door using large 18 Ton lorries. The drivers are NOT allowed to enter your premises or remove items from the pallet.
Please ensure a strong able bodied person/persons is available to take delivery if you don't have a driveway or garage to where the pallet can be delivered.
Please note - Pallet trucks can't be pulled across rough or uneven surfaces such as gravel drives or soft ground.
Re-delivery will be charged at £45.
Please remember that 'cast iron fireplaces' are extremely heavy and should be handled with care!!!
