All fireplaces are sold solely to UK and Ireland.

Right to cancel: Please allow upto 28 days for delivery. However, goods will be despatched immediately the order is placed (Palletway) unless in the unlikely event we are out of stock of the item ordered, the goods will be despatched as soon as availability allows. Your statutory rights will not be affected.

In the event that you receive damaged goods, the item will be replaced with an identical item.
You can cancel and withdraw from your order within 7 days of receiving your goods. No reason is necessary for the withdrawal, which may be given in writing (an e-mail will suffice) and by returning the goods at the purchasers expense. This right will have been fulfilled if you return the goods before the expiry of this period to:
